How it works

HOW IT WORKS

We know that our clients are busy people. That’s why we’ve tried to make the order process quick and easy.

STEP 1 - PLACE YOUR ORDER

  • Choose your listing
  • Upload your photos using the upload button on the product page. Make sure your photos follow our Photo Guidelines listed below!
  • Add to cart and place your order.

STEP 2 - CUSTOM ARTWORK CREATION AND REVIEW

  • Our expert designers will create your personalized portrait with care and attention.
  • Please note that we do not paint from scratch. Our designers use photo manipulation techniques and professional blending processes to produce your artwork. The resulting picture will look like it was painted for you from the beginning.
  • As soon as a design proof is ready we send it to you for review. In case you have any comments, we will implement changes in the artwork until you are pleased with the result.

STEP 3 –PRINT AND SHIP

  • After your approval, we send your artwork off to our printing center for production.
  • Once it has shipped, you'll get a notification email with a tracking number.

PHOTO GUIDELINES FOR PETS

  • Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet
  • Try to be close to a pet but not too close to avoid a fish-eye effect
  • Outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos. Try to avoid bad lighting!
  • Avoid uploading blurry photos
  • Make sure no ears are out of frame!

PHOTO GUIDELINES FOR PEOPLE

  • Please provide clear high-resolution photos where people’s heads will fully fit into a photo.
  • Outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos. Try to avoid bad lighting!
  • Please upload photos without accessories such as sunglasses and hats (normal glasses are fine).
  • According to your template, try and capture the correct angle to fit on the chosen template.

Please note: We use the exact photo you upload with your order, during our artwork creation process. So make sure that the angle works well with your chosen portrait template and that you are overall happy with the photo you upload. We do try to adhere to any notes added to orders but cannot guarantee it. E.g. we can indeed remove red eye, but we can't make a mouth open, if it is closed in the photo.

If we receive a photo that doesn't follow our guidelines, we cannot guarantee that the final edit will come out as you want it to.

Note that all examples on site were made from high quality photos. It's your responsibility to make sure the photo you provide meets our guidelines. If it doesn't we will try our best to produce a high level finish but generally your result will not match that shown on our website.
